In the latest episode of the Dividends Show, host Jeffrey Rupp speaks with Eric Hill, who led the Entrepreneurship Center at Mississippi State University for over a decade. The show celebrates his accomplishments and contributions to the center's growth. During his tenure, the center experienced significant expansion, with over 100 startups and a valuation approaching $40 million. Hill's leadership helped elevate the center's reputation nationally and within the SEC, attributing success to a focus on real-world market competition and a balance between academic and practitioner input.

Hill recently announced his new role as Chief Operating Officer at GLO, a company poised for significant growth. With a focus on propelling one of Mississippi State's success stories to even greater heights, Hill remains committed to advancing entrepreneurship and innovation in the region and commitment to the entrepreneurial community at MSU.

The show also highlighted upcoming events in the E-Center, such as Startup Summit, which has grown into a significant competition with 52 teams vying for a total of $40,000 in prize money. Special guests, including the founders of Barefoot Wine, will join the event, adding to its prestige and significance.

Additionally, the show discussed the expansion of the Entrepreneurship Center, nearly doubling its size to accommodate the growing demand and showcase successful startups.
