MSU is training the next generation of cybersecurity professionals in one of the country’s top-ranked programs.
The article, titled "Swamped By Cyberthreats, Citizens Need Governement Protection," authored by James J. Rouse Endowed Professor of Information Systems, Dr. Merrill Warkentin, along with Dr. Karen Renaud, Professor of Cybersecurity at Abertay University.
Warkentin and Renaud are are also working with College of Business alumnus, Dr. Craig Orgeron, who heads the state of Mississippi’s Department of Information Technology Services, to understand how government could support its citizens when it comes to cybercrime.
