Summary:
Laurie Ereddia is an Assistant Professor of Accounting in the Adkerson School of Accountancy, with research interests in auditing, corporate governance, and financial reporting. She earned her PhD at the University of Tennessee, and her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Kennesaw State University. At Mississippi State, Dr. Ereddia teaches Principles of Financial Accounting and Intermediate Accounting II. Prior to pursuing a career in academia, Dr. Ereddia worked as an auditor at Grant Thornton in Atlanta, as a Controller at a small private entity, and as a part-time instructor at Kennesaw State University. She holds CPA licenses in Mississippi and Georgia.
