The Adkerson School of Accountancy offers students several options for getting involved with active student organizations. Participation in such organizations allows students to network with business professionals, interact with other students, participate in community service projects, and promote the Adkerson School of Accountancy, College of Business, and Mississippi State University.
Beta Alpha Psi - Accounting honor society focused on recognizing academic excellence and complementing members' formal education by providing interaction among students, faculty, and professionals, and fostering lifelong growth, service and ethical conduct.
Accounting Advocates - Student service organization in which members serve as ambassadors to alumni, prospective students, and other guests. Advocates also assist in the registration process for undergraduate accounting majors.
Student Advisory Council - Student advisory panel that reports student views, requests, and concerns to the Director of the Adkerson School of Accountancy on a regular basis.
